Richbrau Brewing Co. has chosen a building on South 20th Street in Shockoe Bottom for its planned craft brewery and taproom.
The partners in the venture — Matt Mullett, Hank Schmidt III and Brian McCauley — said they signed a lease on Wednesday for a 4,400-square-foot space at 5 S. 20th St., across from the Lofts at Canal Walk and within a stone’s throw of the Edgar Allan Poe Museum.
