DESCRIPTION
Dream by Day is an English barleywine brewed with a blend of Maris Otter and English crystal malts. Boiled for hours, then fermented and aged for 18 months in A. Smith Bowman bourbon barrels, this is a beer you won’t want to miss.
Pouring a rich amber-brown, it shows a light chill haze that fades as it warms, topped with off-white lacing. Aromas of oak and bourbon lead into layers of treacle, toffee, and rich dark fruit. The flavor follows suit, with oaky, vanilla-forward bourbon seamlessly woven into nutty, caramelized, sweet, and toasty malt.
